Little Love Note

This verse has been on repeat in my mind since last week and what a relief it is— to know that there’s someone who loves me who already knows it all.

“Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely.” Psalm‬ ‭139‬:‭4‬

I don’t have to try to explain myself to him. In the midst of anxiety I don’t have to try to articulate it all. I don’t have to fear saying the wrong thing or being misunderstood or omitting something because it might be too much. I love how personal God is. He made me, so he knows my tendencies. Even if I try to hide myself from him, his Spirit is with me.

I pray this would be an encouragement to you today, too. He sees you. He knows you. He is with you. He understands you. And he still loves you.
